Amiga OS 3.9 was released in 2000 and Amiga OS...

Amiga OS 3.9 was released in 2000 and Amiga OS 3.1.4 was released in 2018. These are not compatible with each other due to differences in Kickstart roms. The only way I know of getting Amiga OS 3.9...

You can have both Amiga OS 3.1.4 adds and 3.9 iso + boung bags in AmigaOS directory. But you can only select to install one of them, so in your situation I would just have Amiga OS 3.1.4 adfs.
