1) Run CD32 game with CD audio (windowed mode), and iconify the window (with "stop emulation when minimized is set"): music stops (normal)

Me neither. The "high cpu" one is really mysterious. It happens only on my 040 config when I switch from GFX board display to native. When booting from native, the issue doesn't happen.

ok, so that explains that the bug isn't noticeable too much on 68000. But on winuae, 0 is set in lower byte (and possibly on 68020) and trashes the value to 0 which kills the display.
