Yes, the "Anniversary" version has a polling rate of 125Hz = 8ms lag. Make sure you don't get an old stock stick, which had a horrible lag of 80-90ms.

Yes, and i think this is pretty normal. I'm using a 75Hz refresh rate. I guess 144Hz monitors doesn't flicker that much though.

Of course lagless Vsync is better. Depending on the set slices it removes more than the usual 20ms less lag that you get without a standard Vsync. At some point some people can't feel the difference....

Played it a bit. Looks really good and i like the graphic style. Modern but not too shiny. Music and SFX are good too, controls are smooth as expected. Pretty good H.E.R.O. clone so far. :)
