Yeah, and I could fit an elephant in my apartment "if I really wanted to", meaning I would have to get rid of other stuff to make room for it. So saying "I have no room" is still perfectly valid.

Small correction, in HAM6 (OCS/ECS) you get 4 bits per component which amounts to 4096 colors, and in HAM8 (AGA) you get 6 bits per component which amounts to 262144 colors.

Yes, by using NTSC-timings. In PAL-modes you're simply out of luck, as it has a certain amount of visible lines, and nothing will change that.
