VICE 3 stopped working after the OS41 FE Update 1 upgrade.

It works fine with the OS41FE and stopped working after the Update 1 upgrade (the screen freezes with no messages and errors).

CPU more complatible can be set and saved for these CPUS, but the saved state is not shown when the configutarion file is loaded.
