Even with the more powerful Amiga processors the screen layout and font look horrible, Gem/Tos and Mac OS definitely have an advantage.

What was the best Word Processor for non expanded ECS machine i.e A500/+/600

This means most features, fast and minimum disk swapping.

I had a few but they all needed a Hard Drive to be usable....

Amiga version was probably the first version based on 7*8, 7*8 are always dark colours or bright colours not including copper rainbow it's the only way really to make a game to look good on such...

WHDload is the most popular with good reason but there are other methods and you can use any method you want i.e combined.

My A600 is probably still 80% JST and then WHDload and other for the rest.
