There must be another reason for this. At least I can't see how the patch which requires 268 bytes when loaded and 18 bytes permanent memory causes memory fragmentation. :) I can play the game...

There never was any problem for me to perform a reset while X-Copy was running. If it didn't work for you it might have either been a problem on your end or there might have been a bug in X-Copy....

DMA channels are not enabled in the code hence the code relies on current DMA settings. Enable bitplane and copper DMA in DMACON and you should always see the picture.
