Sounds like display related problem. Check misc panel and try switching between D3D9/D3D11, also make sure VSync isn't force-enabled for all programs. (If you have used GPU control panel)

It means it uses as much as host CPU power as available (=the faster the PC, the faster the emulation). But note that main emulation code can only use single CPU core.

IMHO it would be safer to use bit 0 as a flag because DMA is always word aligned.

If you don't need anything too special, easier way is to use game ports panel custom options + remap (instead of input panel). And then save it as default.uae.
