I had similar idea once. I wanted to see which cd32 game could've been ran on cdtv. But it requiers (a lot of) time. You have to rebuild the iso with cdtv trademark, add rmtm in s-s.. so I gave up...

Btw2, keep the scanline option, might come in handy on non crt screens.

If you dont than you can copy content of the iso to your hdd and start exe. And copy fonts to your fonts dir. But unfortunately...
