If you're using 16 x 16Mb SIMM's & they're only showing as 16Mb in total, it's only recognising each 16Mb Simm as 1Mb.

Pull the board asap & get some Lemon Juice on the areas pointed out to neutralize the acid. Don't be scared either, an old toothbrush is an excellent tool for scrubbing it all down.
