I just tested the new option "low_latency_vsync" and actually made the video appear smoother.
Would not it be better to implement this last option in the already existing "video_sync"?...

Surely I can do a porting to Microsoft Windows, but if there is an IDE that supports the basic language (unfortunately the only I know) I also do a porting for Mac.

I tested with a basic configuration (a500 1mb, and game disks), without scanlines and vsync disabled and the problem remains.
