If an Amiga emulator was actually made that the developer put some effort in, I doubt you'd even need 1GHZ to run it...

The N64 emulator and PS1 emulators can run 3D games at 30 & 60FPS...

The documentation says to insert the SEUCK disk, and then use the 'save everything' button in SEUCK to save the game to a skeleton disk...
