I had all kinds of problems with my A500T/060 or A4000T/CSPPC/060. One by one dropping first 060 spesific caches, then data cache, perhaps setting VBR to zero did solve some gaming problems. And...

My mouse problems have always been due to a broken cord - especially my Logitech cord got shortened 3-4 times from the mouse end. Just check the continuity.

My A500 is towerized into a Micronik tower with Zorro slots so I can run a Picasso IV. But it needs processing power which is solved by Blizzard 2060. Goes into that crazy expensive class...At least...

It was using PowerUp, not WarpUp. And definitely not legit. Something like FastQuakePPC v5 / QuakePPC v10 - I think it was available a little time in Aminet, too until it got washed out.
