Hi there. CARE project is unfortunately no longer...

Hi there. CARE project is unfortunately no longer active since some years now due to heavy real life activities. Anyway somebody who's interested can do similar things and post into this forum here....

I think the editor itself will never be released. One reason is that it was unstable and I'm no more developing in Borland Delphi anymore......
