yeah I have a cheap microscope camera, I can't see any shorts, and checked with another PCB and all the dots are aligned.
I will clean another time the card and use a better PSU for PWR1 next...

ok thanks, I have a 25MHz CPU, 33 FPU and a 25MHz OSC, I will try like this, and maybe make a 50MHz card when I will got a CPU and FPU for this speed.
