I recall doing internet banking on an A1200 with Blizzard1230 and 16Mb ram late 90s. I accessed web with that setup until late 2000 in parallel with PC and it was fairly usable.

I got mine booting with ACA500+ and 2Mb chip ram. Showed all the TF1260 ram and sysinfo displayed 5Mhz. I have to deal with the Agnus socket connection and haven't had much time to play around...
