HippoPlayer is still awesome! Sometimes I fire it up on my A1200 and load up a huge playlist of .MODs and run it on shuffle/random mode.
I don't use any non-standard addins though.

Even Windows 95B is "just" 22 floppies, though most of them are DMF (1.72MB) formatted.
Windows 95 RTM non-DMF version was 21 floppies.
