Stock 1Mb CDTV is super tight on memory on KS1.3 ... not sure if it will be reliable or work on later KS versions. I'm surprised it works at all on that configuration :D

The startup-sequence runs C:RMTM
RMTM is in /C in the iso image.

I can't use ISOCDWin because I'm on macOS...
