I thought that too but even with an accelerator plugged in, it’s dead.

No boot sequence at all, no colour change.

CPU would be a good shout as nothing happens. I’ll stick a probe on it...

No output from DiagROM A1200

Hi all,

I’m a little stumped by a non responsive A1200. DiagROM generates nothing, the Amiga doesn’t flash any boot colours. The previous owner changed the ROMs while the power was on.

They’ve done it.

It’s been hacked. Not by me but the files have just landed.

All the info is appearing on my Facebook feed now but a hack of citadel has been found to load up the amiberry menu.

In all honesty if your being technical nothing with workbench included is legal as it’s commercially sold.

Classic workbench includes workbench 3.0 as a base setup.
Whdload downloads are illegal...

Are you sure your not thinking of the MFM pc hard drive that used a floppy like connector but the was extremely slow.

My first 386 had a 20mb mfm drive

it didnt fail

The cd32 outsold all other cd based systems on release , the lack of units at christmas hurt sales and thennjunk software that was dumped on to cd was an issue.

however the cd32 was over 6 months...
