Also, make sure you clean all the flux off. Using a multimeter, if you measure resistance to ground, do you get any readings on any of the Denise header pins?

I just use an expansion memory board with at least one the memory places socketed - so that I can just put in a memory chip and use Amiga Test Kit to test it.
