Expansion.library just uses 0x40000000-0x80000000 so 1 GB. So that means 1 mediator and 1 bigram as the mediator also uses 16MB for config space. The prometheus can do 2 bigrams probably.

Yeah, one of the errors I saw was that the gfx memory is at 0x62000000 and the config at 0x60000000 really (and not the other way around like in your output). That was fixed.

Why would you only manually install warp3dppc.library and not the whole package... So warp3d.library (is 68K) war3dppc.library (ppc) and the stuff in GFXdrivers and HWdrivers.
