HDD now boots into classicwb but about 10-15 seconds after opening any program the screen corrupts as in the attached picture

Quick update, after pm'ing mkl on amibay he informed me my board has six pins on the edge connector and the first pin is ground, after moving the connector over one pin i now see the kickstart screen...
