It seems it works fine on real Amigas with either a simple Fast RAM expansion or a Blizzard 1230 IV. has problems with some (?) ACA's. Certainly doesn't like my Viper or my Blizzard PPC with an 060....

I added a few other minor tweaks to help with general stability.

Here i've added direct +5V power to the IDEFix Express. This helps with some random cold boot issues...

Thanks for the tips mate :) I wondered about 4.18 because when I had it running on a simple install with an 030 processor, 4.18 seemed to run nicer. I just asumed the later version was the better one...

Is there a way to fix 3.1 so the PCMCIA bug isn't present? and make a "custom" 3.1 for this very Flash chip :) AFAIK 3.0 doesn't have the PCMCIA problem with over 4MB.
