This file from disk 2 didn't inherent the correct loading picture. Use the level 16 password skip to see. It looks a rather drab olive. Copy this to disk 2 AND 3 to make sure they stay consistent....

Button/Menu Screen replacement. 44 and 45 color button pictures means some quality loss. If the pictures aren't 32 color or the palette gets fouled up then it will never look as good as it could.
