But the ACA500 bare is a bit to much an....intimate display of guts hanging out and the 'cases'...

One thing to keep in mind with USB devices on slow CPU's and polled USB controllers is how much of your precious CPU time they will eat.

Don't be surprised if just shoveling bits into a USB audio...

Not entirely true, the Picasso and some other Z2 boards support segmented mode in which they only provide a small window in the I/O space allowing one to use 8MB ZII memory.

Another thing to keep in mind with the A2320 is that it only samples at 12 bit colours, so if you plan to use it in a AGA machine you might lose out on that regard.
