Looks like the sprites are stored the same way as Cannon Fodder ones. Look for a large spritesheet in AM Mode like 240*320 or something or reupload the savestate and I will have a look.

Your savestate is 9mb, try again with standard memory configuration in winuae, some data is stored at the end of the savestate, at around 8mb you will find animations for buttons, etc. give it a try....
