I found a motherboard on ebay from the UK for 9 pounds, it was a buy it now and one complete less the FDD locally for 25$. And Kipper, please... you've already found your A500s.:laughing

I have a 1D4 board with the timing fix done too...

I have a 1D4 board with the timing fix done too and cannot make my pcmcia network card work either. I used to have a 1D1 board without timing fix and all worked well with ACA1231-42.

Ok so... Can this board be used like an A1000 kickstart rom adapter and boot from the kick file you choose to flash in it? Or do we still need a rom equipped Amiga?

If it works in the a500, i can't see why it shouldn't work in an a1000. The only problem is, does it fit? Because I would definitely be putting this beauty inside of my a1000.
