Supports FAT32. Just copy over as normal. Gotek can read if natively and it has nothing to do with Amiga being able to read the usb... Amiga just sees a floppy drive.

Which kickstart are you using? Press both mouse buttons on boot and a menu should pop up allowing you to select which device to boot from. You'll see if CF card is an option this way too.
