I would consider to use Backbone again if you could do a single screen/flip-screen game :)

But seems not be possible :( The only working way i have found is to open a bigger screen than needed....

Yes, AMOS can't compete with Assembler of course. BUT AMOS CAN do fast 50 fps scrolling.

Thanks for that! Will try it if i ever do a new game with Backbone. I also had problems to compile it. But it worked if i compiled it from Amos. As suggested earlier in this thread.

I think my AMOS setup is messed up.

I haven't made any real speed tests yet. But loaded up Lemming880's "Boxx" and recorded a short video and checked how often the screen updates. It's update every second frame. So it runs in 25 fps....

I have managed to fix most of the serious bugs. So the game is pretty much finished now. But I'll wait to release it to next Saturday. Maybe I can find a way to improve the game even more :)
