I have not said it is impossible but I'm quite sure it is not doable 100% correct automatically. You have to follow/trace the complete code to be able to use the correct libary offsets reliably.

For hardware registers this is easy, for library calls I do not see how this can be implemented in a way that always correctly guesses the correct library that has to be used for certain _LVO offsets.

Sounds like your version hasn't been properly cracked, there are quite a few checksum checks and there were many versions back then which still had these checks intact causing problems when playing...

I had a look a while ago and as far as I remember this game has been done in some sort of basic interpreted language and hence was annoying to patch. I'll have a look again soonish.

No, it's fine. Disk 1 is standard Amiga DOS, disks 2-4 are in the custom Gremlin format with the first 2 tracks unused on disk 2 and 3, disk 4 has a standard DOS bootblock.

You're welcome. :) As for the DMA delays, these don't cause the music to be played too fast but they need to be fixed as otherwise there'll be bugs in the music replay on fast machines.
