Alien Breed Conflict ... ?

Anyone heard about that game? I've just readed in a news site , in the archives, about that game (The article is from november 99)

It says it's a sequel of Alien Breed for PC, and it says it would be published in 2000...

Anyone knows something about that? It was published? When?

Anyway, I am heading to Team17 page now to look for info

I also checked Team 17 page, and it has no info about it too..

So, maybe that news page was completely wrong...

No it was true, there was a new Alien Breed game in the making, called Alien Breed Conflict, but it was cancelled (I assume it was cancelled). There is an interview with Rico Holmes on http://iwantfish.gazchap.com/ where he says
"aliens don't die... they just hibernate until the time is right" in answer to "what ever happened to Alien Breed: Conflict?"

BTW! Did you know that Adventuresoft is making a sequel to Simon the sorcerer? Actually it has been in the making for years now. Check out http://www.headfirst.co.uk/simon3d/ for more info!
