It's not quite easy to get quality screenprinting of shirts, I was once supposed to make Shmups shirts, but ended up not doing it because I couldn't find a screenprinter that delivered the high quality I wanted for my shirts.

Using FLOC is anotehr choice, more expensive, but if the FLOC is good, you can make great shirts. This is mostly for vector art though, no bitmaps. (for bitmaps you would have to use transfer FLOC which sucks)
