How is this remotely legal/ok?
Did all the people who wrote the apps within agree for them to be distributed under the Google terms?
How do you even use it without a Workbench/Kickstart?

From the Google Play store listing:

SEE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE DOWNLOAD! You do need:

- Amiga OS - version 3.5 or 3.9 or XL or Amiga Forever: http://bit.ly/buyamigaforever
- Amiga Kickstart ROM 3.1 file - also included with Amiga Forever or in Amiga Forever Essentials available on Google Play: http://bit.ly/AF-Essentials

I'm not that fussed about that part, more about "Did all the people who wrote the apps within agree for them to be distributed under the Google terms?"

Nice!

What will that be meaning about touchscreen support? Can you doubleclick on a drawer with your finger and it opens or what?
