Why do you want to convert it to MOD?

If you just want to listen to it on a PC, use a player which supports the StarTrekker 4 & Richard Joseph formats (Deliplayer, UADE etc.)

Or listen to the studio versions made by Richard Joseph for the CD32 version?

Silencer 09 October 2009 18:18

cause i like to convert it to mp3

DH 09 October 2009 18:20

Well just record it using DeliPlayer on the windows side ;) or record it in real time using nero :)

Silencer 09 October 2009 18:23

i need a converter.
convertion must be in digital platform.
i know deliplayer
also deliplayer is not playing this songs.
i use skaleTracker (new FT2) i also like to edit songs.

That rules out holding a microphone up the speaker...

I'm out of ideas!

Yes it does, I just tried it. User error me thinks

Change from "Sequential" to "Play Once" and use the + key on the keypad to change subsongs

DH 09 October 2009 18:28

You need an update to the players list, you'll have the base set and no more. That's why you can't play them.

I don't think you can convert Richard Joseph into mods + it would be far safer to leave them in their native format, sometimes they don't always sound as good.

rename the original Deliplayer/amigaplayers folder to something else, create another folder the same and drop the contents of the zipped file into it. Then try again ;)

i respect and know you from your WHDLOAD packs

but maybe on real amiga could do it

arent there any mod musicians on board?
:cool

Silencer 09 October 2009 18:32

not that

CD32 version of chaos engine OST is definitely sucks.

killergorilla 09 October 2009 18:32

If UADE will play them, just use that to convert them straight to WAV format, then mp3 them up.

EDIT:

Ah just realised, I did exactly that when I was doing my music site...

http://guildserver.co.uk/kgwhd/goril...me.php?id=0031

I have them in mp3 format if you want them :)

alexh 09 October 2009 18:33

Exotica has a real-time conversion from RJ format to MP3 on the website!

Silencer 09 October 2009 18:43

thank you demonHellraiser...

i downloaded them on killergorilla.

TCD 09 October 2009 18:44

I uploaded two mod versions of the title tune to the zone. Note that I have no idea who made them or how they were made.

DH 09 October 2009 18:47

Wait on those instructions of where to put them, they are wrong, my mistake :o They need to be dropped into the AmigaPlayers folder NOT the players folder. Post #8 updated.

Silencer 09 October 2009 19:09
