www.aminet.net unreachable?
 

Well it seems. I've just mailed a publisher to please upload their open-source release to Aminet, and "accidentally" used www.aminet.net as the reference address.

But ... I'm fairly sure this address *DID* work some months ago. Probably someone equipped with a decent lot of smattering of networks has been experimenting with the DNS and fucked up some setting(s) again? Not that I wasn't encountering this for the first time, at least not with other sites...

http://aminet.net works, also http://de.aminet.net, but not http://us.aminet.net.

Aminet has been slow for the last week or so.

Aminet down again...:sad I hope it's up again. The moderators of this site are doing a sterling job maintaining this site for Amigans everywhere.
