I love SWOS< I agree wholeheartedly with naming it the best footy game of all time.
The more realistic games are a fucking bore. I like PES quite a lot but not as much as Sensi.

It's the second best football game ever. Better it than FIFA/PES borefests, though. :p

Sensi is a great game, but I must admit I play Italia 90 and Kick off more often. :-)
HAIL Sensi for making it 1st on such a ranking 18 years after it was released. The gazillionth proof that the playablility of the classic games beat fancy graphics and audio anyday.

I too prefer/recall playing Kick Off. Prefer the ball control in Kick Off, SWOS is too realistic for me! I'm not usually a lover of soccer either :)

I've forgotten how to play games with a joystick. i actually found Sensi emulated under a megadrive emulator to be great with an analogue thumb stick.

Might be heresy but actually PES 6 is my favourite and FIFA 2007 on my gamecube in 16:9 comes a close second.

Yep, I still play it today, and I'm still not even close to mastering it! The KickOff series were pretty good, but Sensi and SWOS are king!

Same here. The world championship is pure pain for me. Can't turn on the telly without seeing men running after the round leather thing.
