[Help] NTSC audio too fast

Hi,
is normal that set winaue into NTSC, games how Pinball Fantasies or Cannon Fodder audio is too fast of normal.

Thanks,
Zilog.

Yes that is normal. The music player in these games probably uses the VBL (screen refresh) to time playback and so running in NTSC at 60Hz instead of PAL at 50Hz the music will seem faster.

You live in a PAL region. So you are used to music playback being slower.

Thanks,
Zilog.

I think you're saying Cannon Fodder sounds normal, if so, that would be because it uses CIA timing for the music.

Hmmm, I have the NTSC version of Pinball Dreams, wonder if they adjusted the music player/tempo for that...
