Best freeware and PD Amiga games
I'm adding a few none-WHDLoad freeware and PD games to the packs, why not as people can easily delete them if they don't like, and wondering which were the best ones?
If you could just throw some suggestions in here that would be great! |
Hey, *you* should remember : http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?p=69867#post69867 :D
Oh and here's another one : http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=30542 |
Thanks TCD, I remeber those well *looks around* er, sure I do! And my search button is busted. :blased But lets have a fresh one!
You can never have enough Freeware. |
Heh, actually I had to use Google, as the site search wouldn't let me search for 'best pd games' :blased :guru
Anyway, I'll post some later when I'm home and beware when Peter and s2325 find this thread :D |
I admit defeat - those threads win as they have SOOOOO much info. I am a twit. Time to get my coat.... :laughing
|
Don't give up just yet matey ;)
There's also this new site : http://www.amigapd.com/top-10-games.html I shall really have a look if I can remember any games not mentioned in those threads that I came across and post them here. There's also the rather long thread started by s2325 : http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=37876 So let's just sneakly add s2325 and KG to the list of people who are 'in the know' of awesome PD games :D |
Excellent work my friend, I have plenty to chew on me hearties!
Instead of the coat, I grab the pipe and slippers.... :) |

There are actually loads of PD games I've never played!!!
I think I'll have to have a good go on some of these. |
To give you some extra work, you should also check those PD/freeware games that have a HOL entry : http://hol.abime.net/hol_search.php?N_ref_license=2
Which also means that you have to include the two Lord Of Alcandria games now ;) |
Hey... cant ever have enough threads about Amiga PD and Shareware games...
Don't overlook "Pokermania" - I am addicted to it! Also "Marbles" - still haven't finished this - great game! |
Hi - I ve just started transfering my attention from the Cd32 compilation disk to a hard disk version - ideally to be put on a cF card and loaded by Amiga 1200 users via the PCMCIA slot - this is still in testing with a couple of bugs - I only added this to my website yesterday ..
http://www.amigapd.com/amiga-1200-cf-disk.html However if you have recommendations of Whdload pd / shareware - or HD versions to include please let me know. |
