WB 1.x mouse pointers for Windows

Does anyone have a nice 1.2/3 Workbench mouse pointer set, to use in Windows? I've found these, quite nice, but not 1.x. It's strange he describes them as 'cursors'... or not?

They're mouse cursors in the PC world. This goes back to the old character UIs when the mouse position was indeed depicted with another text cursor.

Just wanted to add that if anyone wants to draw their own Windows cursors, ArtCursors is the best program!

Thanks, I will look it. :)

Hey, does Aha-Soft arent that people that produced that cool hypertext authoring systems for Amiga at the 80' decade? Very cool...

Does you all have the original Topaz TrueType fonts? If you want it I could put them in the zone for you...

Phantom 30 June 2011 04:01

WOW! Those WB 2.x pointers are really cool. :cool

The Topaz New font doesn't work properly in Word 2010 (characters very close to each other). It's ok on WordPad. Strange.

Hey, see here some fonts of 8-bit and 16-bit systems, for the pleasure to see them all wrong on our Word 2010... ;)

8-bit fonts (C64, Atari, ZX Spectrum, etc.):
http://damieng.com/blog/2011/02/20/t...s-system-fonts

16-bit fonts (Amiga, Atari, Macintosh, etc.):
http://damieng.com/blog/2011/03/27/t...s-system-fonts

To see them I use MetaPad and change the colors of the editor to mimic the colors of the systems. Metapad support two different templates of color and font at the same time, so when my eyes are tired of one color I click the button and the color changes automatically.

PS: These old fonts are wonderful for coding. I never miss them again!

@Geekometry

The pointers for 1.x are actually 2/3...
