Commodore: The Very First tutorial disk

I just got hold of a tutorial disk entitled "The Very First" by Commodore, is it worth archiving as an ADF at all?

What does it contain exactly ?

And BTW, when I bought my Amiga 500 (june 1989), it had some kind of tutorial disk shipped with (though I don't remember what it was called). Can it be found as an adf somewhere ?

BTW (2), is it possible to find scanned documentation (as pdf files) for the A500 and A1200 (AmigaOS, Workbench, ARexx), eventually in french language ?

I have a few different ones. They basicaly told you how to turn the amiga on and insert disks and other basic things. It also showed of some graphics and stuff

surely this is already ADFed?

Before which you would have had to turn the Amiga on and insert this disk to see how to do it :lol
