Is there any way to transform a game file from here:

to a .lha file compatible with the FS-UAE (v 3.168) like these in

Yes, by installing the games. whdload.de only provides the installers, not the games - you need to supply the games yourself. After installing, you can run it (in FS-UAE, WinUAE, real Amiga) or compress it to lha.
