Which Amiga games were the most fun to play ?

Monkey Island I & II
Rick Dangerous

and loads more that I can't think of right now

Most fun... I would have to go multi-player so, Wiz n' Liz
Most fun (but in a job like fashion)... Frontier - Elite II

Blowing up your own headquarters and the stores in Hunter!

This is an interesting thread as i have some favourite games but i would not say they were `fun` so to speak,games i would consider fun are:-

Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge
IK+
Jimmy Whites Whirlwind Snooker
Gauntlet II
Carrier Command

Populous II, for 20 years!

Kick Off 2
Speedball- bit obvious but it's super fun

F18- the best for just flying around and stunt flying. I also love landing in various ways ie emergency landings is great fun

Stunt Car Racer- still the best

NSP- great sense of speed and fun of course

Virus- better on mouse

Purple Saturn day(Circuit board level) so much fun

I was always a fan of the dizzy games. Still am.

Loved Civilization, played the game to death

Pengo, only game i remember playing with my bro when i was young, except Top Gear 2 and SMB3 on SNES.

I'm pretty sure everyone's top 20 is so vastly different you cannot really distill a "most common" list from it.

But what the heck. Turrican 2, Monkey Island, Dungeon Master, Captive, Chaos Engine, Utopia, Switchblade 2 and Dune 2 were among some of the games I replayed many times. Trying new strategies, finding more secrets or just getting to that next base.

Dune 2 deserves special notice; because of the excessive disk swapping it also rates among one of my most hated games (on the Amiga) ;) But the game was so cool I just didn't care about it. Alas, I didn't have the joy of an internal harddrive until I got a PC, at which point I played Dune 2 a million times more.

I imagine for some people, Dune 2 remains at the top of even the best of strategy games they have played- i'm not saying it is and i wouldn't know personally having played only a few games of this type. Dune 2 is bloody good though

Bip (Biplane duel (PD))

Can't count the times I played this with a friend and we laughed our a$$es off.

Cannon Fodder.... War has always been so much fun :)

Grand prix and stuntcar racer when i used to play stunt car my belly felt a little odd going up and down the ramps e.t.c :D
