Specification for A1200 Caps Lock LED?

I think if you find a normal green LED it should work fine. Worst case you burn the new LED if the forward voltage or current handling is lower. I don't think the Amiga will mind much. I'm not 100% sure but I guess the LED is connected to pin 31 of the keyboard connector which is connected to U13 through a 100 ohm resistor, which is limiting the current.
Usually a green LED is around 2.2V forward voltage drop and 20mA max current. Edit: It is not multi-color, and I've never seen an Amiga glow red in caps lock. :-) |

the led is just a standard 3mm led with the legs bent at 90 degrees, there normally red or green. in your case green.

FWIW, I just replaced mine with an UltraBright Green LED off ebay, no spec as to voltage/current but it works. I'm not sure where my original LED went as last time I opened the keyboard up there was just some black residue where the LED should be, so the rubber must have perished and the LED fell out when I opened the keyboard up. The only thing I had to do was pack the rectangular slot where the original rubber bit went with a bit of pencil eraser rubber so the legs of the LED touched the contacts on the membrane when screwed back together, now I have a blindingly bright CAPS Lock LED :D
