.ccd image? Is that natively supported in WinUAE?

Yes, its the final version to support, and the NTSC version.

Copy protection is stripped from the NTSC version, but I believe there is a KickEMU problem within WHDLoad which prevents it working properly, other than that, all other versions supported.

Just mount it with Demon Tools or some software like that.
