The Twistin' Ghost

I was doing a Google search earlier and found my first eab/abime hit show up! So I plugged in "twistin' ghost" into Google to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and yes, lots of eab links. But I came across another that tripped me out.

When I came up with my nick, I was known as The Blue Ghost in the usenet mp3 scene. I downloaded a song once called The Rockin' Ghost which is a really cool 50's horror/novelty/pop song. So I transposed that to The Twistin' Ghost because of my love for the twist craze from the 50's & 60's. As far as I was concerned, I made the name up. But no, someone beat me to it (in 1961, yet!!) Now I must find this record!

@ Twistin

I found this Link http://www.gocontinental.com/classic3.htm

You can buy old records from there and on Mavis CD - 4504 (Price code A) if you look there is the song you are named after.

Hope the link is helpful :)

Hey, thanks for the groovy link. Imagine getting that song and Jud Strunk in the same package!
