With that name i thought was going to be a ReCap party, where everyone brings their old machines to be recapped - ok maybe that might be an added service too ;)

By the way can people participate remotely or physical presence is required?

tolkien 13 July 2019 13:16

Interestingly, the name comes from the first meetings where you could see a lot of Amigas being recaped.
In this party people help each other to save theirs Amiga from acid hell ;)

Answering your question...yes, people can participate remotely with no difference from physical presence people.

PS. Sorry my English...Too much hot and work these days ;)

Not a bad little intro. My only question is why are the capacitors electrolytic when the party is called "Tantalum People"?

malko 16 October 2019 10:33

Cool invitro.
The "DINOscener" part made me laugh a lot :great

Hi Hewitson!
This party edition is called "tantalum people". Previous editions were " mares de ácido (acid seas), "recappep"...but the party logo is always an electrolytic capacitor.

@malko...We do jokes with dinosceners and Sofasceners in our telegram group. I think is very descriptive XD
