"Pile of power" :)

Is that a mem card reader I see in the empty 5.25 inch slot in the A2000?

BinoX 26 July 2006 20:39

Yes... It is indeed an internal mem card reader :D (But that's the 4000)

How is the memory card reader hooked up? via usb?

What do you use all those drives for in the scsi tower?

BinoX 27 July 2006 02:35

Yeah, it's USB connected..
It connects to one of the headers on the algor :)

What do I use all the drives for?

Well.. I usually keep a couple of CDs of MP3s in the bottom 2 CD Drives, the writer is used for writing stuff...
Jaz drive is used for backup mainly...
Umm.. The 2 DVD drives (the reader and the writer) pretty much just sit there and get used as a CD drive if I ever have anything to put on it...
The hard drive in it has a bootable backup of my OS installation :)
