[FOUND] -> Fernandez Must Die (Isometric shoot em up?)

Hi

Years ago I played an isometric shoot em up that had you running around as a little green army man, you could get in jeeps (which exploded if you took to much heat).

Ultimately I think the goal of the game was to free prisoners of war from fenced encampments. (I seem to remember blowing holes in the fences to let people out?)

I played it on a compliation disk, can anyone shed light on this fun yet very generic sounding game? Screenshots would be much appreciated :)

It sounds like a combination of the following:

Arnie 2 (isometric view)
Fernandez Must Die (top down, tanks, rescuing prisoners)
Ikari Warriors (top down, with tanks that explode)

But to me the game that most resembles that description would be Rambo on the C64 - isometric view, blowing up walls and buildings, rescuing prisoners from the camp. A search for isometric shooters in HOL yields little that matches this description unfortunately :(
