Contributions

I will update the thread as I submit contributions rather than create new un-needed threads every time.

First is Carnage http://hol.abime.net/2935
I have uploaded a folder to the FTP containing: Box top, Box bottom and manual in English and German.
Box scans at 640 width.

That's all for tonight.
I'm not looking forward to McDonald Land's manual it's 144 pages long!

Question: One game has the Amiga manual and another that came with the game but appears to be PC. They seem to have included both during production for some reason.
Scan both? The Amiga one is slightly different and does not have a cover, the PC one has a full colour cover. A misc item maybe?
The game is Kick Off '96.

TCD 20 November 2010 01:35

Yep, scan the Amiga manual and we'll include the PC front and back as misc then.

Eclipse 20 November 2010 15:05

How are the contributer points worked out by the way?

TCD 20 November 2010 15:08

Each scan = 1 point, each screenshot = 1/2 point.

I wonder why they chose to blank out the name of the publisher. If one manual has the publishers name blanked out then maybe they were all edited. It must have been for some legal reason or maybe the publisher changed but it was too late to update the manual?

Do you have the manuals to any of the games in this list: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=55531

Personally I would make those manuals a priority.

Eclipse 20 November 2010 18:02

I think I only have a couple that are on the list.
I was goung to do Innocent Until Caught earlier, but the manual is quite hefty. Actually I have a few that are really quite a lot of pages.
If it's ones that are needed for protection I will crack on with those after I upload the ones I'm currently finishing off.
