eob.wikispaces.com is gone.
This is a big loss to our scene, (IMHO anyway) but Wikispaces has closed down and with it the Eye of the Beholder AGA pages have vanished from the web :(. I tried to go there today to verify if I actually had the most up to date version of the game and was greeted by a 'Wikispaces is closed' message...
http://eob.wikispaces.com/ I hope someone managed to grab this before it vanished. It's a real pity, because that site contained some very nice info on the Westwood file format as well. |
It seems to be quite well backed up here:

Anyone can upload the file: EOB2-AGA-MAP-V1.05.lha ? Seems like i cannot download it ..
|
Good that there is a wayback version. Would be a shame if everything was lost!
However, like Kriz says, the EOB2 .lha file seems to be missing. Does anyone here have that available? |
Hi, I looked around my CD's and found out that I've downloaded years ago six files from those www-pages. I just uploaded file "EOB2-AGA-MAP-V1.05.lha" to The Zone, and if other files are needed, I can upload those too.
|
Thx @el_pasi :) !!
|
Please someone can upload to the Zone the file "EOB1-ECS-MULTILANG-V1083.lha", it seems it is unavalaible in eab fileserver.
EDIT: Solved! |

Again double, it's available on Grandis.
Even some 1.05a version. Somebody know what's changed in this version? |
Thanks for the link @Solo Kazuki.
Don't know what's changed in the 1.05a version. |
Hi there,
I am searching for resources that were on eob.wikispaces, specially about the script system of EOB1 as I would like to implement it in my Dungeon Crawler engine - but yet I am missing many information for that. As you can see here http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=24436&page=13 there are references to space/showimage/level*.txt and decompiler source http://eob.wikispaces.com/space/show...decompiler.tgz Has anyone got copies of these or know where I could find them ? Thanks |
